The Consultative Healthcare will prepare a detailed data request and checklist for your Company and your vendors including:
- Census information
- Detailed claims information
- Premium rates and history
- Rate renewals
- Contract and descriptions of funding arrangements
- Benefit summaries and recent changes
We will work with you and your business needs to identify the specific benefits lines (e.g. medical, dental, STD, FSA, etc.) and appropriate insurance carriers to be included in the proposal process. Concurrently, we will prepare the detailed request for proposal (RFP) addressing each line of coverage including the delivery system, plan management, medical management, quality of care, claims administration, member services and satisfaction, performance standards and references. Following your review and approval, the RFP will be sent to the selected vendors with a specific response deadline.
